Q. When I sign-up will I get access to all the videos on the platform?
A. YES - from the start of your free trial period you will have access to watch and follow any and all videos. New videos will be added every month, and you will have access to these new videos as soon as they go live on the site.

Q. If I want to buy one of your 6 video packages how will I access these?
A. select the 6 video package you want from the Catalog page, a choose offer page will open and you then select the package. You will then be asked to Create and Account and this will then take you through to complete your Billing Details. Once you have paid you will get confirmation that your order has gone through and you will have access to your videos. Every time you login in the future you will see in the Catalog areas in My Library the videos you have purchased and can play.

Q. How do I purchase a subscription or video package as a gift for someone else?
A. At the foot of the Home and Catalog pages there is a link Buy a gift card - this link opens a simple purchase page for you to select the gift card amount you wish to purchase.

Q. How secure is purchasing on our site?
A. Our video platform provider, Uscreen, is PCI Compliant:
Uscreen accepts only card-not-present (e-commerce) transactions; All processing of cardholder data is entirely outsourced to PCI DSS validated third-party service providers (i.e. Stripe and Paypal); Uscreen does not electronically store, process, or transmit any cardholder data on Uscreen systems or premises, but relies entirely on a third party(s) to handle all these functions; Uscreen has confirmed that all third party(s) handling storage, processing, and/or transmission of cardholder data are PCI DSS compliant; and All elements of the payment page(s) delivered to the consumer's browser originate only and directly from a PCI DSS validated third-party service provider(s). Uscreen are constantly improving their infrastructure and run risk assessments to ensure the Uscreen platform remains in compliance with the newest PCI regulations.

Q. I have a coupon code - how do I use it?
A. The coupon code is used at the time of purchase. Select the package that the coupon is linked to (e.g. yearly subscription) and on the payment page you will see on the right hand side a space to enter the Discount Code (Coupon code). Enter the code and this will reduce the amount you pay automatically.
