about Heidi

Heidi is a chartered physiotherapist with 25 years experience including 20 years running a large practice in South-East England. Heidi has spent the last 5 years teaching Pilates both in person and online to a wide variety of ages and athletic backgrounds. Heidi is a keen hockey player recently representing England O50s in the masters world cup and loves cycling and running when time permits.
